Etceteras: spring flower mobile

I love how bright and cheerful these yellow flowers are and wanted to come up with a unique way to display them.

I decided against making another wreath (since I’ve run out of wreath hanging space) and went with a mobile.

To make a mobile like this, you’ll need:
  • Wire hangers
  • Floral tape
  • Silk flowers
  • Moss
  • Glue gun
  1. Cut your wire hangers into five straight pieces in varying lengths.
  2. For the center vertical wire make a loop at the top using pliers.
  3. Arrange the horizontal wires and use a dab of hot glue to hold into place.
  4. Cover all the wire with floral tape (I used brown floral tape)
  5. Add your flowers and moss and adhere with hot glue.

Find a corner that needs brightening, hang your mobile and enjoy.
