The Inspiration Board: link party spotlight ~43~

Happy Friday and welcome to the Inspiration Board Spotlight. Another week of wonderful creativity and inspiration. Thank you to all of you who came and shared your projects. I’m amazed at all the talent out there.

Here are the projects in the spotlight this week.

DSC02217 (2)
Crocheted twine baskets by DK’s Crafts. Perfectly neutral and natural. A great accent piece for a mantel or side table.

Faux-porcelain-frame3-450x600
More unique genius from Suzy’s Sitcom. Faux Porcelain made from silk flowers dipped in plaster and then spray painted. So pretty and delicate.

plates12
I love these spring plates from Creative Chaos. Use an adhesive image, spray paint the plate, peel off and the original plate pattern peeks through the paint. A great way to use thrift store plates.

Lish over at Imprintalish has been very busy. Check out her fabulous kitchen makeover. So light and bright with pretty details.

52mantelsporchmaveover2
52 Mantels turned her neglected porch from ordinary to fabulous with a new reclaimed wood tabletop and loads of great details. I love the sunny yellow color scheme.

This Honey Ginger Salmon by Bringing Beauty looks delicious and even though my family doesn’t do cartwheels for fish, I think they’d like this. Definitely on my list to try.

Teen-Room-orange-gray-black-2_thumb1
I have a teen son but his room doesn’t look like this – at all. It All Started with Paint transformed her son’s room into an amazing space. Do you think if I redid my son’s room he would keep it neat?

016
The weather is warming up and these Lava Flow drinks by Baking with Blondie look so refreshing. Seriously, I just lost my train of thought because I was staring at the photo for so long…

Gingham Bunnies
It just doesn’t get any cuter than bunnies and gingham. Knot all that I Seam created these darling Easter bunnies for her daughter. Adorable!

We just entered spring but I have summer on my mind. These coral transfer pillows by Adventures in DIY are making me long for sand, shells, coral and hot summer days.

twig letters 7
A great twig letter project by Bliss Bloom Blog. Learn how to bend twigs to make letters. There are so many fun applications for this –  welcome, dream, eat and more. I’m off to find twigs!
