The Inspiration Board: link party spotlight ~45~

Happy Friday friends! I hope everyone had a nice post-holiday week. Thank you so much to all of you who came by and shared a project on the Inspiration Board. There was a wide variety of projects this week – a lot of cooking & baking, room renovations, gardening and more. I loved looking through all the projects. If you came by to visit, I hope you enjoyed the link party and found some projects to add to your list.

Here are a few projects in the spotlight this week:

egg2
An ostrich egg turned into a planter from Creative Chaos. I knew ostrich eggs were large but I had no idea they were this big. What a great piece of décor and conversation piece.

These are so cute. Kimono Doll Bookmarks from Sandy’s Space. I love the pretty paper and how the hair works as the page clip.

Hall Table 1
A perfect roadside rescue from Knot All That I Seam. This table was a great find and with a little (or a lot of) TLC has been renovated into a sweet hall table.

Stars and Sunshine made this pretty clay bowl and used lace to make an imprint. A pretty pop of lilac paint finishes off the bowl. So pretty!

Show, Tell and Share shows us how to make a chain mail beaded charm bracelet. A nice step-by-step including how to attach jump rings.

No-Slip-clothes-Hanger-Tric
This is so clever! In My Own Style added pipe cleaners to her hangers to create no-slip hangers for blouses. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve found one of my blouses buried in the mess on my closet floor. I can’t wait to do this.

craft room 1
Look at all the pretty colors! Splashes of pink, mint and yellow are sure to get the creative juices flowing in this craft room by Classy Clutter.

Amazing hand-carved block prints by Stacie Stone via The Handmade House. Such attention to detail in the carved block. Check out her how-to and beautiful wedding invitations.

Picnik collage
Absolutely adorbs! Little crocheted baby booties by The Lazy Hobby Hopper. It doesn’t get much cuter than handmade booties and little baby feet.
