Good Taste: holiday favorites with philadelphia cream cheese

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of PHILADELPHIA cream cheese for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

I have to confess, one of my favorite things about the holidays is all the yummy food. Don’t get me wrong, I am very into the true meaning of the holidays but a ridiculous amount of delicious food is prepared, shared, given and eaten during the holiday season. And I enjoy every bite!

Here are some of my favorites:

These cheesecake bars are my go-to dessert recipe. They go with any menu perfectly and are the perfect size bite to top off a meal. You can find the recipe in my archives here.

Blog Cream CheeseHot Artichoke Dip is another of my favorites. I’ve taken this dish to many school functions, dinners and served it at my own gatherings. It’s always devoured because who can resist a hot, cheesy dip? Delicious with crackers or sliced crusty bread.

Hot Artichoke Dip

  • 2 cans (14 oz. ea.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (not marinated)
  • 1 small can (4 oz.) diced black olives (drained)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 minced garlic clove
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a soufflĂ© dish. Mix all ingredients and spoon mixture in the prepared dish. Bake for 25 – 30 minutes until golden brown on top.

Every time I make this vanilla dip, I get requests for the recipe. This is so easy to make and it always looks so pretty with fresh strawberries. Click here in my archives for the vanilla dip recipe.
