Celebrations: SUMMER, BARBEQUE, MUSIC {&clean up}

It’s officially summer and that means lots of outdoor grilling time!

Grilled Mushroom, Ribs, Mexican Corn Barbeque Sauce and more! It’s all so good! But before you can even heat up your grill, you have to get your outdoor space cleaned up and ready for all the summer entertaining. If you haven’t used your outdoor space in awhile, you’ll need to do some major cleaning. Tables and chairs get so dirty outside. And the grill – well, it probably has remnants of last summer’s final barbeque on it.

Even if you’ve already prepped your patio for summer and done a major clean, your outdoor area needs to be cleaned more often. Whether you have a small balcony or a large back yard you want it to look as clean as the rest of your house. I keep cleaning spray and rolls of paper towels in the laundry room near the backyard so I can do a quick wipe down before we grill and enjoy the cool evenings. If I stay on top of it, I won’t have to do a major clean if we have people over. Just another quick wipe down of the table and chairs, add a pretty table cloth and I can devote time to the fun part like the table décor and meal preparation.
