The Inspiration Board: Spotlight 187 & Happy Hour Inspiration

Happy New Year friends! What a whirlwind year 2014 was. I’m excited for 2015 and spending another year sharing with all of you. Thank you again for stopping by, commenting and sharing your projects here at homework. If you didn’t get a chance to pop in this week, here’s what I shared.

And now for the projects in the Spotlight this week.

PUMPKIN-QUINOA-BURGERS-05
2015 is the year I’m going to eat healthier (um, I say that every year). Seriously, with inspiration like this Pumpkin Quinoa Burger by Treat Yourself Sweeter, I can do it.

dr-pepper-9-1024x683What a fantastic upcycle/recycle by Woods of Bell Trees. Garden Tags made from soda cans. I need to add to my supply list: tin snips and metal stampers so I can make some fabulous soda tags too.

IMG_0201_hfI love anything edged with crochet – it reminds me of my grandmother. This piece by Moois Van Me is so pretty. The crochet absolutely makes the scarf extra special.

dreambig20151If you haven’t made your New Year’s Resolutions yet, grab this fun printable by Mama’s Got it Together and set some goals.

blogger-image--1919839200And, if you’re not into resolutions, this printable by Michelle Lea Designs is perfect. It’s the Anti-Resolution Happy Goals printable. 100 small little things instead of daunting large resolutions. I love it.

amarettomacaroonpin2Quirky Inspired shared these Coconut Macaroons and they look amazing. Light and fluffy coconut with drizzled chocolate. Mmmm. And if you’re like me and get confused, Macaroons are fluffy confections and macarons are the the meringue sandwich cookie.

pizza3xI love flatbread and this Mediterranean Plantain Flatbread by My Life Cookbook looks incredible. Look at all those ingredients coming together into a taste bud sensation.

centerIt’s that time of year. Time to get organized and de-clutter. Craft Foxes is sharing ways to organize your craft supplies like this cupcake holder for little trinkets and embellishments.

kitchen-island7Scrapality shared her top 10 projects for 2014 and this one if my favorite. A reclaimed wood kitchen island that has loads of storage and work space.
