For this month’s Lifestyle Crafts tutorial, I stepped away from a paper project and experimented with die cutting cork. As I become more comfortable with my Lifestyle Crafts Evolution tool I’m trying new things and get to be a little more creative with the projects.

Nothing dresses up a table like pretty place cards. It makes everyone feel special to have their name marking their reserved spot at the table. These glitter tape place cards are super quick and easy to make and will add a touch of glitter and elegance to my holiday table.

Oh... hello December, where did you come from? It's sort of strange to rush into the holiday season when you still have Thanksgiving leftovers in your refrigerator. But here we are and I lucked out and happen to have a holiday ornament post all ready to go. I participated in UCreate's Handmade Ornament Series a few weeks ago and now is a perfect time to reshare my ornament. Of course, I couldn’t resist using a little glitter to start off my holiday crafting season.

Have I mentioned my glitter obsession this holiday season? Maybe once or twice or ten times. I’ve been sticking glitter to a lot of things but this by far has been the most fun.

Have you used Plaid Paints? Chances are if you craft, you probably have. They have an extensive line of products that include; FolkArt paints, Gallery Glass, Mod Podge and more.
Plaid is introducing new Extreme Glitter paints in; Aqua, Confetti, Royal Blue, Champagne and Fuchsia. I’m excited to help introduce the new products by giving away a starter set.
If you’ve ever crafted with glitter, you know what a mess it can be. Glitter everywhere! With these paints, there’s no mess.
I tested out the paints on a few projects from my archives. Here are some of my pressed flower tags jazzed up with Royal Blue Extreme Glitter paint.
My white parchment paper flower with Champagne Extreme Glitter paint.
Skeleton Leaves take on a whole new look with the glitter paint.
The paints are easy to use and clean up is a breeze.
