Yopa! is from the innovative minds behind YoCrunch yogurt. What makes Yopa! different from other Greek yogurts? They’re committed to producing the best yogurt, with farm-fresh, regionally-sourced milk from dairies close to where they make it. It takes four gallons of milk to make one gallon of Yopa!™ yogurt.
Once they created the perfect, authentic, strained Greek yogurt recipe, they searched for just the right toppings to go with the real vanilla or fruit used for each flavor. You’ll find yummy nine whole grain granola, toasted Blue Diamond almonds or even dark chocolate to create the ideal balance of yogurt, flavors and toppings. Or as they like to call it – “Balance Perfected.”
Yopa! comes in convenient ready to go cups with the toppings in a separate sealed container top. But for fun, I like to fancy things up a bit and serve it for dessert. My family enjoys the taste and gets the benefit of a great source of protein. The 3.5 oz cups contain at least 16% of the recommended daily allowance of protein, while the 5.3 oz cups contain at least 26% of the recommended daily allowance. Plus, Yopa! is a good source of calcium, has 0g of cholesterol and trans fat and is made with 5 cultures and 3 probiotics.
Here’s my favorite flavor. This is the Blueberry yogurt with granola toppings. I added a few banana slices and my breakfast is ready.
Of course, I don’t always have time to pretty up the serving for dessert or for breakfast. But that’s okay – I’m happy to sprinkle on the toppings, stir it up and grab a spoon - for balance perfected.
Speaking of balance, gold medalist Gabby Douglas is an expert, and she's challenging you to take the Yopa! Taste Challenge where you can win a variety of prizes, including $10,000! Just "like" Yopa! on Facebook for a chance to win and to grab a coupon for $.50 (or more!) off one cup of Yopa! Authentic Greek Yogurt.

Carolyn, I haven't seen this yogurt before. I love yogurt, even though I am somewhat lactose intolerant. Thanks for sharing this with us.
