I bought a smoothie maker recently and have made one every day since. Sometimes I’ll add fresh berries or mango but the basic pineapple and coconut ingredients are my staple.

Pineapple Coconut Smoothie

Perfect for summer, this Pineapple Coconut Smoothie is satisfying and thirst quenching.
Ingredients
1/2 cup Pineapple Juice
1/2 cup Coconut Milk
1/4 cup Low Fat Greek Yogurt - Vanilla
1/4 cup Fresh Pineapple
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker. Mix until frothy.

Grab the recipe or make one up of your own. Anything goes with a smoothie. On a really hot day, I add a few ice cubes to the blender.
If you’re into the green smoothies, go ahead and add the green stuff. I haven’t quite ventured that far in my smoothie making.
Nothing says summer like a cool drink and a paper umbrella.
