UPCYCLING: Sea Green Beach Glass Jars

Spring is officially here and my thoughts are jumping ahead to warm summer days and the beach. I love sea glass and over the years have made several faux sea glass projects.

ETCETERAS: Sea Glass Succulent Bowl

It wouldn’t be summer if I didn’t create some type of beachy coastal décor piece and this one is a quick and easy. The sea glass is from a floral arrangement I received years ago. The vase was filled with these beautiful glass chips and of course I washed and saved them.

ETCETERAS: DIY Faux Sea Glass Jars

Hello friends! It’s unofficially officially summer. Once the 3-day Memorial Day weekend has passed we can start wearing white, flip flops and of course start breaking out the starfish, shells and sea glass.

ETCETERAS: Springtime Sea Glass from Recycled Bottles

I’ve been saving up my little salsa jars because I love the shape and the little chevron pattern at the top of the bottles.

FRESH LOOK: Winter Whites

Even though the weather has been unseasonably warm here in Southern California, it’s still winter to us. I know – if you have snow outside your window you’re probably laughing at me right now. But I want you to know that it’s chilly here in the early morning and in the evenings.

ETCETERAS: Homemade Glass Paint

One of my favorite quick-change décor projects is to paint jars and vases in whatever color is currently inspiring me.

Etceteras: Mysterious Ocean Soap

I sort of accidently made some fun and mysterious ocean soap.
