The Inspiration Board: link party spotlight ~22~

Thank you to everyone who linked up a project on the Inspiration Board this week. Following the Halloween and pumpkin craze, it was fun to see an assortment of Thanksgiving and Christmas projects as well as general crafts, home decor and recipes. I hope you found inspiration among the many beautiful links.

Here are a few in the spotlight this week.

One Perfect Day makes the most beautiful fabric flowers and these are my favorite so far. Golden organza and tulle flowers with black leaves and beads.

IMAG5612
A weathered key rack by Villa Barnes. The perfect combination of weathered wood, nails and vintage iron embellishments.

paperchain4
A trip down memory lane by Home Sweet Homemade. A simple paper chain made with colorful paper and rough corrugated cardboard. Sometimes it’s fun and rewarding to go back to crafting basics.

A stunning headboard by Brown Paper Packages. A contemporary look with the black frame and white fabric yet the tufting softens the entire piece. I want one!

The East Barn created this fun box to hold the quotes she collects. Each quote is printed onto beautiful water color paper and stored in the box for future inspiration.

Beautiful artwork created by Soul Style. The raised pears are created with dry wall mud on canvas and then painted over. A unique and personalized piece of art.

Finished-Pillow
Another painted piece – this one on fabric and made into a pillow. Hand painted by All Artful using acrylics and embellished with pretty flowers.

Coop28
What fun! A chicken coop by The Real House Wives of Riverton. Click over to see the adorable chick pictures and a step by step on how to build a chicken coop.

013
The most elegant chalkboard I’ve ever seen. A Comfy Little Place took a flea market find and spruced it up with gold spray paint and chalk board paint.

Features 22 Trees
Two unique holiday trees both made from wool.

{left} Inspired by an Anthropolgie version, a shaggy woolen Christmas tree from Life on an Orchard. Beautiful fiber texture and neutral colors.

{right} Wool felt Christmas trees by Creative Passage. Graduated circles of upcycled wool create the tree and each one is topped with a felted wool ball. I like the slight whimsical tilt of the trees.

cosy 5
Charming tea and egg cozies by Guerilla Crafter. Each one is unique with beautiful applique work and vintage fabrics.
