The Inspiration Board: link party spotlight ~32~

Thank you to everyone who linked up a project on the Inspiration Board this week. I’m loving all the home décor updates, the soft pastels and all the Valentine’s Day ideas. As always, there were so many inspiring projects linked up.

Here are a few in the spotlight this week.

Wow – check out this wood slice mirror by That’s my Letter. I love twigs and branches and this mirror takes crafting with branches to a new level. Gorgeous!

My craft room looks just like this. No, not really – not at all. This is stunning and so clean and bright. A beautiful spare bedroom to craft room transformation by Live Laugh Rowe. 

A bright and cheery homemade kitchen rug by Happy Go Lucky. A vinyl remnant, fabric and a few other supplies and you have a custom rug in the fabric of your choice. 

 

I got a Kindle for Christmas. I love it and once get past those darn Angry Birds, I’m sure there are a lot of other neat things I can do with it. In the meantime, I need to make a pretty case like one of these.

This makes me want to stop everything and make a journal. There’s something about a brand new journal with all those pages waiting to be filled that is so inspiring to me. Such a pretty shabby journal by Shabby Art Boutique. 

 

Fun kitchen printables by Over the Big Moon. I love the “Be Grateful” print. I might add for my family “Be Grateful… even if you don’t like what I cooked”. 

 

Adorable party favor boxes by Crafting Rebellion. Plain Dollar Store party favors get a style transformation complete with little hangers. 

Love this Valentine globe by Yesterday on Tuesday. Find a thrift store globe and give it a coat of chalkboard paint. You could use this over and over as a message center. Fun!

It’s summer in Australia. So Desire Empire’s beachy white summer holiday mantel is right in season down under. Beautiful shells, driftwood and bits of décor make me long for summer.
