WEEKEND INSPIRATION: Easter Eggs, Bunnies & More

With Easter just around the corner, it’s time to kick it in high gear and decide on the final menu, décor and beyond. Here are some Easter ideas that I’m thinking about.




I want to do something different this year for dessert and since all of my family loves cake, I think this darling Bunny Cake would be perfect.


Sometimes the simplest ideas are the most beautiful. Foil covered eggs with just a bit of ribbon and a handwritten place card are Easter elegant.


These Raspberry Almond Scones would be the perfect addition to my Easter brunch menu. I may need to give this recipe a trial run and taste test this weekend (read: what a great excuse to go off my diet)!


Start saving your egg shells. I’m absolutely in love with this Easter Egg Tree Centerpiece and will start cracking eggs and saving shells asap.


I have loads of scrap fabric and would love to make this beautiful Fabric Easter Basket. I love the springy colors of this one but could also envision it in white using old t-shirts.

As always, I have grand plans for the garden and would love to try growing my own carrots.
