The Inspiration Board: Spotlight 179 & Comfort and Joy Inspiration

Happy end-of-the-week friends! We did again. We crafted, sewed, baked, cooked and created our way through another week. Phew! Thank you to all of you who stopped by, left a comment and shared a link this week. I’m so appreciative that you choose my little corner of the creative world to spend a few minutes. If you didn’t have a chance to pop in, here’s a recap of what I shared.

And now for the project featured in the spotlight this week.

easy-Indian-corn-Thanksgiving-favorsShaken Together Life shares these adorable Indian Corn Thanksgiving Favors. Perfect fall colored candy adorably packaged.

PBmain1Triple Pumpkin Beignets by Sugar Swings. Beignets are so light and fluffy they must have practically zero calories…no? Regardless, these beignets look impossible to resist.

IMG_-editI love this Giraffe Striped Wall by The Crazy Craft Lady. What a unique twist to add to a nursery. And I Spy two cribs. Twins – double the fun!

DY-Elastic-Band-Notebook-from-www.thecasualcraftlete.com_I have a soft spot for notebooks. Okay, it’s an obsession. The Casual Craftlete created this gorgeous elastic band notebook which of course, I’m now obsessing about. Must have/make one!

IMG_6719_hfPerfect to accessorize for fall, these dangle earrings by Moois Van Me are so pretty. I love the amber color.

Cornhusk Wreath Side[4]I have a thing for cornhusk projects. It’s such a perfect natural fall element. This Cornhusk Wreath by The Answer is Chocolate combines the popular sunburst idea with a different twist.

dining-room-plate-wallI have loads of plates and this plate gallery by Meadow Lake Road would be a great way to show them off. I think these plates are perfectly positioned and look amazing against that pretty grey wall.

Birthday-Dinner20141010-211High fives and fist bumps to Lemon Thistle for confessing to her grocery store cake makeover. Because sometimes in our busy lives, we just don’t have time to bake a cake from scratch. The results of this grocery cake to naked cake are beautiful.

honeycomb pumpkinSuch a pretty paper project from Paper Seedlings. The paper choices are so pretty and what a great way to show off the beautiful paper.

Golden-Magnolia-Wreath1Love, love, love this Gold Magnolia Wreath by Celebrate and Decorate. This wreath will take you from fall all the way through the holidays.
