The Inspiration Board: link party spotlight

I hope you enjoyed the Link Party on Tuesday. The party is growing which means more creative sharing and inspiration. Thank you so much to everyone who linked up a project. Besides the spotlight here, I also spotlight some of the linked projects on my Facebook page and Twitter.

Creative Jewish Mom always has wonderful craft projects but she super-sized her talent with these giant paper flowers. I didn’t realize how big they were until I saw this picture on her blog.
Inspiration: Big Impact

Suzy at Suzy’s Sitcom has mad crafting skills and she wows us again with a fruit carving. Check out her step-by-step tutorial on how to carve fruit for your next get together.
Inspiration: Edible Art

I just love this Lemon Sugar Hand Scrub by Natures Heirloom. A pretty jar and homemade label make the packaging perfect. A great gift idea - or make some for yourself - after a long day of crafting, gardening or baking, who doesn’t need a little TLC for their hands?
Inspiration: Pretty Pampering

What a great summer project by Paper Vine. Little dinosaur toys encased in plaster of paris kept her kids busy excavating for days. Brilliant.
Inspiration: Summer kid fun

If you follow my blog, you may know that I’m learning to crochet. This is on my list of project goals. A beautiful blanket with crocheted edging by You Seriously Made That.
Inspiration: Detail

These are the most beautiful cookies I’ve ever seen. The Enchanted Oven has created toile cookies with gorgeous delicate piping and wedding cookies with yummy wedding dresses.
Inspiration: Delicate delicacies

Shelstring upcycled her baby changing table into a potters bench. The transformation is wonderful. What a great way to make use of a keepsake item that you don’t need any more.
Inspiration: Upcycled memories

I’ve seen a lot of painted bottles recently but these bottles from Beach House in the City are just gorgeous. I love the shape of the bottles and the fact that there’s still a translucency to the glass even with the paint. Beautiful.
Inspiration: Subtlety
