The Inspiration Board: link party spotlight ~26~

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas... I am loving all the holiday ideas and of course always appreciate the general themed projects.

Thank you to everyone who linked up a project on the Inspiration Board this week. If you didn’t have a project to link up but came by for a visit, I hope you were inspired.

Here are a few in the spotlight this week.

Such a fun advent calendar by Alderberry Hill. Little matchboxes, pretty paper and button drawer pulls make this advent calendar extra special. I wonder what’s inside the drawers?

Mini-Pumpkin-Pies_Baked
Perfectly bite-sized mini pumpkin pies by Pampers, Play Dates and Parties. The pastry leaf topping adds the extra special touch.

Features 26_glitter
It wouldn’t be Christmas without glitter and frosty snow. These holiday projects are so festive and sparkly.

1. Glittered Christmas Light Bulbs by Snowflakes and Dragonflies
2. Frosty Snow Globes by It’s Overflowing
3. Frosted Winter Wreath by I Can’t Stop Crafting

A great upcycle by Pondered Primed Perfected. A cabinet door turned into a tray. Beautiful stencil work adds the finishing touch.

IMG_7552-2
The sweetest, fluffiest, pinkiest tutu by Design, Dining and Diapers. Created for her daughter’s 6-month portrait, I’m sure the tutu and photos will be a treasured keepsake.

Mantel-07-text-1024x768
A gorgeous mantel by Organize & Decorate Everything. The green trees and and pops of glitter against the white are so clean looking. Beautifully done.

Library Card File Drawers
I wish I could find an old library card file at the neighborhood thrift store! What a great find and great upcycle by The Painted Hive.

Photo13
A really lovely idea for a homemade gift by Style Baggage. Room service anyone? Can you imagine receiving this? A casserole dish, menu with dinner options and door hang tag. Fill it out and return and within 48 hours you receive your requested meal.

IMG_9056-1
A unique and beautifully crafted Christmas card holder by The Rooster and the Hen. Cut cinnamon sticks create the border for this frame. Wow!

Not only does this sound delicious but this photo makes me want to drive over to Brown Paper Packages for breakfast. Pumpkin scones with whipped butter frosting {I’ll take cream and sugar in my coffee please}.
