The Inspiration Board: link party spotlight ~42~

Happy Friday and welcome to the Inspiration Board Spotlight. We are officially in spring and I can tell everyone is loving the change of season. The warmer weather brought out some beautiful projects – a bounty of wreaths, party ideas, recipes and more. Thank you to everyone who linked up a project and to everyone who came by to visit.
Here are the projects in the spotlight this week.

Tea-Stained-Coffee-Filter-Wreath
Gorgeous tea stained coffee filter wreath by Design Dining and Diapers. I love white and neutrals and this incorporates different hues of white and beige with satin ribbon and burlap bunting.

These couldn’t be any cuter. Nifty Thrifty Things created carrot napkin holders out of orange paper and pretty light green napkins. A fun craft to do with the little ones.

I love learning new things and this stenciling technique using Mod Podge is brilliant. Ginger Snap Crafts made these cute family blocks and shows us how to use Mod Podge to create clean stencil lines.

Beautiful egg vases by The Artsy Girl Connection. I love all the embellished eggs out right now but the natural beauty of these egg shells is so refreshing.

027
A creative and unique party invitation by Capernaum Home. A little garland has all the party details and it’s tucked into a paper covered tube {toilet paper roll}! Fun!

name_corks2
Beautiful simplicity by Home Sweet Homemade. Wine corks tied together with plain twine and a simple handwritten place card. Sometimes simple makes the best statement.

Beautiful hydrangea wreath by Woven Home. Hydrangeas dry so nicely and are perfect for crafting. Check out the drying tips in Woven Home’s post.

PC181854-Copy
A new spin on tile coasters. Small Home Love created these using copies of blueprints. I’ve always thought blueprints made such interesting crafting paper and these are a perfect example of why.

1896
I have to confess, until a few weeks ago I didn’t know anything about The Hunger Games. Apparently, it’s a big deal and I’m a little late to the party! Raegun Wear made these fantastic cookies in honor of The Hunger Games premiere. Amazing!

These pancakes look soooooo good! Because she ran out of berries, Will Cook for Smiles whipped up these lemon pancakes on a whim. Head on over for the recipe.
