Hello friends! I hope everyone (who celebrates) had a wonderful Christmas. Things always get crazy leading up to the big day but we always ends up thoroughly enjoying ourselves with family and celebrating this special day. And now we can look forward to the new year and hopefully a slower pace. It’s been a busy week so if you didn’t get a chance to stop by, here’s what I shared this week.
And now for the projects in the spotlight this week. There a a lot of yummy food features because you all have been very busy in the kitchen. Plus, it’s the season for cooking and baking!
Shaken Together Life has combined several of my favorite things; bacon, goat cheese and caramelized onion onto a flatbread and it looks amazing!
Pink Recipe Box says this is the best Honey Glazed Carrot and Parsnip dish and I believe her. They look oooey gooey delicious.

I have cardboard. I have a white paint pen. Why didn’t I think of this?
Woods of Bell Trees has come up with the cutest Gingerbread House Tag that I’m definitely doing next year!
Home Made Interest shares her beautiful Christmas décor and I love this clean white mantel with a simple deer, tree and ornament garland.

I love anything “woodland” and these Woodland Christmas Gnome Cupcakes by
Sugar Swings are absolutely delightful.
The Gracious Wife shares this Eggnog French Toast Christmas morning breakfast. I’m not going to wait until next Christmas to try this out.

Ooooh… peanut brittle. Another one of my very favorite things.
The Casual Craftlete made this microwave peanut brittle. I didn’t know you could make candy in the microwave – this could be very dangerous for my diet.

A whale crochet pattern by
Jenny and Teddy. These little whales are darling and I can think of loads of fun projects that they could be used on.

Dulce de leche thumbprint cookies by
Annie’s Noms. Wow – these look amazing. Another “must make” recipe for my file!
