Even though the weather here in Southern California has been wonderful, I know many of you are battling major storms and freezing weather.   10. Hi Carolyn! This cracked me up "Here in the United States, we had a nice 3-day weekend which is always a treat! Even though the weather here in Southern California has been wonderful..."

    Because here on the other coast we had a 'nice' 5.5 day weekend thanks to more snow days!!! Poor kids may end up with a nice 3 day summer break when it's all said and done. My husband just flew out to CA for the week for work and he couldn't be happier...even left me with directions for the snow blower haha

    1. Oh Melissa - I can't believe you've had so many snow days... I'm sure your husband enjoyed the California weather for his trip. I feel silly wishing for spring and warmer weather when it's almost 70 degrees here. And btw - I don't even know what a snow blower is. Good grief. Anyway, I hope it all melts soon.
