I know we’re all eager for spring and it really is just around the corner. I can’t wait to get outside and plant a spring vegetable garden. This year, I’m going to add more herbs to my garden and these cute plant flags will handy so I can identify my plants.
These were super simple to make thanks to Duck Brand Craft Tapes. Duck tape now comes in several fun new tapes: fabric, glitter, prism and washi. I tried out the fabric tape and had so many ideas, I couldn’t decide what to make first. This tape would be perfect for garlands, tags, card making and more.
The tape comes on a large roll with a protective backing. Just cut off what you need, cut your shape and peel off the backing.
To make these fun plant flags cut a piece about 5 inches in length. Fold the tape in half and cut your shape. Peel off the backing and stick your flag to a bamboo skewer.
You can use a permanent marker or rubber stamps to spell out your herbs or other message. Wouldn’t these be cute as cupcake flags or for a spring centerpiece? There are so many great things you could make with this tape.
