Inkling: paper flower candle holders

I dressed up these candle holders awhile back and it was time to freshen them up for the spring/summer season.

I used the same concept as I did with the gold leaf candle holders seen here.

I wrapped floral wire around the candle holders and made several rice paper flowers. You can find a tutorial for these flowers here.

I hot glued the flowers onto the floral wire and added a few silk floral leaves.

I love the pop of color this will add to my table as we transition from spring to summer.

  1. These are so bright and cheery! I'll have to use this idea when I get home. My kitchen colors are the primary colors - red, blue, yellow and some green. I think this will be perfect in these colors as well!
