Have you used Plaid Paints? Chances are if you craft, you probably have. They have an extensive line of products that include; FolkArt paints, Gallery Glass, Mod Podge and more.
Plaid is introducing new Extreme Glitter paints in; Aqua, Confetti, Royal Blue, Champagne and Fuchsia. I’m excited to help introduce the new products by giving away a starter set.
If you’ve ever crafted with glitter, you know what a mess it can be. Glitter everywhere! With these paints, there’s no mess.
I tested out the paints on a few projects from my archives. Here are some of my pressed flower tags jazzed up with Royal Blue Extreme Glitter paint.
My white parchment paper flower with Champagne Extreme Glitter paint.
Skeleton Leaves take on a whole new look with the glitter paint.
The paints are easy to use and clean up is a breeze.

I'm a follower and I love glitter! I've been dabbling in card-making and this paint would be great for that. I think my granddaughter would love it too.

You had me at extreme glitter :) I'm already a follower. I would most likely use them to accent anything I'm not skilled enough to use a glitter/glue combo on (more things than I'd like to admit!) and probably any random thing I think needs sparkle...
ReplyDeleteThat is some awesome paint! Your skeleton leaves are beautiful! I have the perfect project for this. I'm in thr middle of painting a bulletin board for my girls and a little glitter bling would be awesome.
ReplyDeleteI'm your newest follower.

I'm a follower! I love glitter, but hate the mess - and I always make a mess! I have some hummingbird ornaments that were outside decorations, and when my parents decided to take them down they gave them to me. I decided to decorate them with glitter, but I only got one of them done. It was beautiful, but it took forever just to clean up the mess after each color of glitter was applied. I would love to use this paint on the other ornaments, not to mention tons of other projects!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the chance to win!
I've been having problems commenting with Google, so I have to use anonymous.

I am going to keep my eyes peeled for this!!! I would also love to paint my daughters rocking chair with it, and a couple small shelves, the the possibilities are endless, I want this in my craft art-sinal! ScrappyScavenger at Yahoo.com
ReplyDeleteWould use these to paint some pretty projects for my daughter's room:-)
ReplyDeleteHi Carolyn...I am your newest google follower. I am so loving your blog. I would use the paints to create your white parchment paper flower and the skeleton leaves. They are both awesome! And all Plaid products rock!
ReplyDeleteI Tweted over, and ooho how exciting. I'll be painting decorations for all times of the year. The county building where our 4-H activities are held will not allow glitter. Now we can have the sparkle and ambiance without the mess. We'll start with some pumpkin highlights in Champagne and confetti. The fuchsia and aqua are screaming to be applied to our wooden butterfly cut outs for mobiles, hung by the blue and Champagne sky and clouds. olebat@gmail.com
