Giveaway: uprinting canvas

I’ve seen this giveaway on a few other blogs and have been intrigued by UPrinting and the beautiful canvas print offer. So when UPrinting asked me to host a giveaway I was pretty excited.


Even though it’s officially still summer, the holidays will be here before we know it and a canvas print of a treasured photo would make an amazing gift. What grandparent wouldn’t love a 16x20 canvas of their grandchildren?

Uprinting.com is offering one lucky winner a free 16×20 customized rolled canvas with your photo printed on it!! 
You simply upload your photo to the UPrinting site, follow the instructions and your photo becomes a treasured keepsake.

Here's how you can enter:
  1. Follow my blog via Google Friend Connect (on the right sidebar)
  2. Leave me a comment and tell me what picture you would use (your own favorite photo - vacation, family, pet etc.) and what you would do with it (anonymous or “no-reply” comments will not be eligible unless you include your email address)
  3. The contest will run from Thursday, August 11, 2011 (1:00 a.m. PST) until Tuesday, August 16, 2011 (6:00 p.m. PST)
  4. I will draw a winner from the comments and announce the winner on Wednesday, August 17, 2011
  5. Contest is open to U.S. residents 18 years old and above only

    Hi Carolyn,
    I agree with Tam, the surfing photo is something that will bring enjoyment to your family and beachy thoughts for others. The water looks warm, blue and inviting.
    In a rare moment, I captured my new all time favorite picture of my son and daughter together on a picnic table this summer. Absolutely canvas worthy.

    I love the pretty garden shot as a gift for my grandmother. She would love it. Personally, I'm dying to turn some of my favorite shots from my first trip to Europe into artwork for my blank apartment.

    We bought an old farm property last year, and the sellers gave us an aerial photo of the house and barn taken in the late sixties. I would love to have a current photo taken from the same viewpoint. Thanks for introducing me to Uprinting!

    My fave pic - #2 son at the beach for the first time ever. It was taken from a distance so has lots of beach and ocean and little guy running top speed toward the water. Love it!

    I just got a nice camera so I have a lot of choices. I took some great shots of my mom's garden close up. Maybe the fushia one is worthy? Thanks for the chance to win.

    I would love to get a shot from our honeymoon in Crete as a canvas print. Crete has beautiful arid landscapes and rocky shorelines that made stunning photos. I would hang it in our living room or master bedroom. I really like the idea of having a piece of personal art to hang in our home.

    I have a close up photo of my husband and I looking into each others eyes while slowdancing. We call it essence of love. You can just see the love coming through in the photo and it would be beautiful put on canvas.

    I just gave birth to my 2nd baby (a 2nd girl) and would love a big picture of the girls just loving on each other from her newborn photo shoot. The hard part....deciding which beautiful shot I would want!

    And I'd use a photo of my granddaughter. She attended a party with a group of Disney Princess' and had her photo taken with all of them. She's 3 and it's beyond adorable. :)

    I have a photo that my daughter took as a surprise, just as my spouse was proposing to me. She is whispering in my ear "Will you marry me?" just as my daughter snapped the photo. We used the photo on our wedding programs.
