Thank you to everyone who linked a project and to everyone who came to visit The Inspiration Board. I hope you enjoyed the creative inspiration. I’m excited that the party is taking off and growing. Besides this spotlight, I also feature projects on Twitter and Facebook.
Here are a few in the spotlight this week.
These Corn Muffins with onion and thyme from Home Savvy A to Z look delicious and are beautifully presented.
Inspiration: beautiful plating
Life of the Cocktail Party whipped up this cute cable knit purse with bamboo handles. I love the moss green color and chunky yarn.
Inspiration: preparing for autumn
Sprik Space made a wonderful alphabet mosaic for her son. The printable is available on her site in various sizes.
Inspiration: Cool ABC’s
This is a great idea. Little Lovelies made a book of her son’s first birthday cards. She plans to continue the tradition every year.
Inspiration: organized keepsakes
Peg Dolls by Our Broken Road. Wonderful detail in these timeless looking toys.
Inspiration: craftsmanship
You have to see the before picture to truly appreciate this renovation. Uber Savvy dug in and created a beautiful bathroom from what she called “a fungal freak” in their 100-year old cottage.
Inspiration: renovation wow
The top picture is from Clever Faeries. A wonderful Curious George nursery for her son. This nursery is off-the-charts cute with dimensional kites and adorable Curious George hanging on.
The bottom picture is from How to Nest for Less. A beautiful damask stencil wall for her daughter’s bedroom. I can’t imagine the time spent stenciling that wall. Beautiful.
Inspiration: DIY mother love
Oh.my.goodness! Look at these adorable “lemon meringue” baby shoes (and baby legs) from Our Everyday Art.
