Happy Friday everyone. If you’re keeping track, there are only 20 more days until Christmas. That means I have approximately 19 days to get everything done. Hmmmm – I don’t think I’m going to make it this year. I mean, I still have pumpkins on my front porch. I obviously need to get moving. I’m taking inspiration from all of the wonderful projects shared this week on The Inspiration Board. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, commented and linked a project this week. I’m so grateful to all of you.
If you didn’t get a chance to visit me this week, here’s what I shared.
And now for the projects featured in the Spotlight this week.
Love Create Celebrate shared this wonderful Burlap and Red Yarn Table Runner. I love the big red stiches down the middle and sprigs of evergreen. Very rustic and festive.

Glitter Gold Ombre Christmas Trees bring a modern, clean look to this holiday décor by
Little Red Window.

This pretty snowflake by
Purple Hues and Me was made using corrugated paper and then given a glam look. A great crafting project and a fun one to do with little ones.

I love everything about
The Heathered Nest’s beautiful dining room. I can just feel the warmth of that sunlight streaming in through the windows. Absolutely gorgeous.

Bread yum – nuff said! Except when it’s Swedish Christmas Braided Bread!
A Life in Balance shares this heavenly looking loaf with us.
Grow Creative is such a talented artist.Click over and see her step-by-step on how to paint a leaf in watercolors. She makes it look so easy.

I love these sparkly sequin Christmas Trees by
Sum of their Stories. Maybe I’ll make some white and gold ones for my white and gold holiday hutch!

It rained here in So. California recently – I know weird! This Hearty Minestrone Soup by
BeBetsy would have been perfect for that rainy night.

Adorable No Bake Oatmeal Raisin Reindeer by
Hungry Happenings. The cocoa powder definitely makes these guys extra cute.

Wow. Wow. Wow.
Fynes Designs created these Personalized Santa Sacks using her Silhouette Cameo. The design is fantastic and I know how much work it must have been to transfer the artwork to the sacks. But wait, there’s more. I assumed she bought the sacks but she made them. Magnificent!

This year I'm back to traditional red and green decor, but apart from my handmade wreath I haven't done much in the way of decorating. I wish to be more in the spirit of White Christmas and less busy:) Love you beautiful post here... give me a lot of inspiration! Happy December and Many Best wishes!!!!
ReplyDeleteCarolyn, you have been such a wonderful supporter of my young, newbie blog and it is so very much appreciated. I'm in AWE of Fynes Designs Santa bags! That is some riddiculous talent. I have a secret...I don't even know what a Cameo is, but I'm getting the feeling I need to find out, since I see posts about them EVERYWHERE! Thanks so much again, and happy holidays :)
ReplyDeleteThank you for featuring my altered book! Have a great weekend.
