The Inspiration Board: Spotlight [features from 191]

Welcome back friends. Today starts the first full week of my new blog post schedule and so we’re kicking things off with the features from last week’s creative party. It takes a brave diyer to try this but The Crazy Craft Lady pulled it off with amazing results. This dining room table gets a whole new look with a concrete finished top and new paint.

Yum. Nuff said, right? Mama’s Got It Together shares this Caramel Pecan Sweet Roll recipe. Yum.

A stunning painted antique copper ceiling by Lynda Bergman. The high arched ceilings and the two niches are perfect for this type of artistic paint treatment. Beautiful.


I may or may not have played Candy Crush a bit… Oh My Creative made these darling Candy Crush Valentine printable tags in honor of that of that addicting game. What fun!


Oooh – I love mushrooms. This Portobello Mushroom Marsala by Shaken Together Life looks healthy and decadent at the same time.


Say this three times… Birch Bark Bookmarks. Pleasure in Simple things created these beautiful Birch Bark Bookmarks using real strips of bark and a wood burning tool to create the hearts.


Between the cold weather and dry air from heaters, I can use some soothing body scrub. Little House Living is sharing this Cinnamon Vanilla Bean Body Scrub recipe that I’m going to to try.


I’m on a diet so this Tropical Fruit Yogurt Parfait by Jordan’s Onion is right up my alley right now. Refreshing and filled with good-for-you ingredients.


Northshore Days took a plain wood box and created a striped beachy storage box. I love the beachy summer feel and can’t wait for summer days.
