As always, I’m a little behind on my seasonal décor but I finally added some summer to my dining room. I love switching up the knick knacks and dishes on this hutch and this time I went with a green glass coastal look. I was surprised at how much green glass I had in my cupboards that I was able to use.

I even had this pretty water pitcher and some goblets that are perfect for summer dining.
Seasonal fruit, fern cuttings and an orchid waiting to bloom add natural elements to the hutch.

And of course, it wouldn’t be summer without shells and sea glass. The sea glass bottles were a diy project and you can check out that post
HERE.

We have a small dining area and I recently updated the bay window with the bamboo shades and curtains. I love how the light streams in.

This vintage tea cup is part of a set that I have and treasure. A few have chipped over the years so I’m really careful with them.

I love the different colors of the green glass. I may keep this up through fall and just change out a few of the elements. Fall leaves and nuts instead of fruit and shells.

The flower arrangement is from my garden and full confession, a few cuttings from my neighbor’s garden. Her rose bushes were brimming with flowers and hanging into our driveway so I helped myself. I knew she wouldn’t mind.

The table looks ready for a summer lunch or an afternoon tea. I hope you’re enjoying summer as much as I am.

Here’s a peek at how I’ve styled my hutch for other seasons.
Thanks so much for stopping by.
