FRESH LOOK: White & Gold Painted Pot

White and Gold Painted Pot Makeover via homework | carolynshomework.comWhen you have a creative and craft blog, people give you all kinds of goodies because “you can do something with this”. I recently received a bunch of pots and they all have tons of potential.

White and Gold Painted Pot Makeover via homework | carolynshomework.comI started with this plain white pot with a raised honeycomb pattern. It was actually fine in it’s original state but I’ve been so into gold accents lately, I thought I’d play up the honeycomb with some gold paint. I used gold craft paint and a small paint brush and the results were so-so. It just didn’t feel finished to me.
