CELEBRATIONS: One Dozen ways to make Easter Eggs

One Dozen Stunning Ways to make Easter Eggs via homework | carolynshomework.com

Every year I’m in awe of the beautiful and creative ways that people come up with to decorate Easter eggs. I’ve rounded up some of my favorites and none of these are difficult to create. I can’t wait to try out some of these techniques. They are all absolutely inspiring.

Tie-Dye-Easter-Eggs-5I’ve seen this Sharpie and rubbing alcohol method used on tie dye projects. Marbling is so hot right now, this is going to be first on my list to try out. Find the tutorial on Housing a Forest.

4Beautiful eggs created by wrapping rubber bands around each egg and then dying them. I love the soft but vibrant pastels on these by Our Chocolate Shavings.

DSC_3092Here’s another marbling technique I’ve seen used on other objects. Nail polish and water marbling. I’ve been dying (no pun intended) to test out this fun marbling craft. Marbleized eggs by Camille Styles.

Pantone-easter-eggsHow About Orange is so creative. These Pantone color chip inspired eggs are wonderful.

Gold Leaf is all the rage and I would love to make some of these beautiful dyed and gold leafed beauties. Source She Knows.

These are the only non-real eggs in this round up. Cement eggs molded in real eggshells and spray painted by Camille Styles.

EasterEggs1If you’re not into pastels, these stark black and white eggs by Obviously Sweet are easy to create with a big impact.

flower_allLike a breath of fresh air, these non-dying Easter eggs are gorgeous in their simplicity. A Daily Something simply tied on some natural elements from a nature walk. Love!

Thanks for visiting my little corner of the creative world.
