
Every year I’m in awe of the beautiful and creative ways that people come up with to decorate Easter eggs. I’ve rounded up some of my favorites and none of these are difficult to create. I can’t wait to try out some of these techniques. They are all absolutely inspiring.

I’ve seen this Sharpie and rubbing alcohol method used on tie dye projects. Marbling is so hot right now, this is going to be first on my list to try out. Find the tutorial on

Beautiful eggs created by wrapping rubber bands around each egg and then dying them. I love the soft but vibrant pastels on these by
Our Chocolate Shavings.

Here’s another marbling technique I’ve seen used on other objects. Nail polish and water marbling. I’ve been dying (no pun intended) to test out this fun marbling craft. Marbleized eggs by

Design Mom is always inspiring and these vibrant dyed eggs are gorgeous.

I have a passion for rice paper and these butterfly eggs by
Yuutenji are so delicate.

Simple and stunning plain eggs with glued on feathers by

How About Orange is so creative. These Pantone color chip inspired eggs are wonderful.

If you’re not into pastels, these stark black and white eggs by
Obviously Sweet are easy to create with a big impact.

Like a breath of fresh air, these non-dying Easter eggs are gorgeous in their simplicity.
