The 3.5 oz cups contain at least 16% of the recommended daily allowance of protein, while the 5.3 oz cups contain at least 26% of the recommended daily allowance. Plus, Yopa! is a good source of calcium, has 0g of cholesterol and trans fat and is made with 5 cultures and 3 probiotics.
Here’s my favorite flavor. This is the Blueberry yogurt with granola toppings. I added a few banana slices and my breakfast is ready.
Of course, I don’t always have time to pretty up the serving for dessert or for breakfast. But that’s okay – I’m happy to sprinkle on the toppings, stir it up and grab a spoon - for balance perfected.
