Happy Friday and happy beginning of March. It’s been a long, cold, lonely winter… okay maybe not lonely but long and cold. I know we’re all eager for warm weather, blooming gardens and all good things that come with spring. It’s starting to warm up where I am and looking at the Inspiration Board this week, spring has sprung in your neck of the woods too.
Thank you to everyone who linked up and stopped by this week. I’m so appreciative that you come to visit here at homework. This weekend, I’ll be doing some more spring cleaning, starting on some fun projects for March and wondering in disbelief where the time went as my son hits the road for a driving lesson. Now on to the spotlight:

These are my very favorite all time embellished Easter eggs.
Rook No. 17 uses pressed flowers on blown eggs to create the most beautiful and delicate eggs. Gorgeous.

Look at that glaze dripping off this cinnamon roll french toast casserole by
Cupcakes and Crinoline. Absolutely delicious looking. Guess what I’ll be making this weekend…

I’m fascinated with this zipper tape pouch my
Nissa Made. Super cute and I’m still trying to figure out how it zips up and unzips into this shape.

A beautiful paper mache project by
Nifty Thrifty Things. I love the colors of this tea light and the beautiful gold leaf interior reflecting the light. So pretty!

Two ingredient homemade lip gloss by
Urbane Jane. This is a great way to use up the last bit of your favorite lipstick that you can’t get to.
Lilikoi Joy added a beautiful patterned design to her entry wall. The amazing part is she didn’t use a stencil. She created her own template and traced the design over and over on the wall. Then hand painted it. Wow!

I’m always so happy when I see little boy accessories. These bow ties and burp cloths by
Carissa Miss are adorable. The perfect homemade little baby boy gift.

This little vignette just makes me happy. Crepe paper bunting with pops of color by
Meeha Meeha and the print and oversized apple lamp make it all the more fun.

I love this family room redo by
a.steeds.life. To me, this is what family room should be. A large comfy sofa with soft pillows, great shelving with personal items and great natural light. So pretty to look at and yet you can just imagine flopping onto that couch.

Parmesan. Shrimp. Dip. Do I need to even say anything else? Just look at that bubbly, browned goodness. Head over to
Will Cook for Smiles for the recipe.
