The Inspiration Board: creative party spotlight ~148~

Another week flew by and it’s already Friday! Phew. I hope you all had a wonderful week. Based on all the beautiful projects linked up this week, I can tell everyone is on fire with creativity! Thank you so much for sharing your projects here at homework. I’m so grateful for each and everyone of you that stops by, takes the time to comment or link up a project.

If the week got away from you and you didn’t get a chance to visit, here’s what I shared this week.

!cid_ii_1451de9dea681405Plus, don’t forget to enter my giveaway for a Canon EOS Rebel T3 Digital SLR Camera, EF-S 18-55mm and 75-300mm lenses, battery pack and charger, 8GB Memory Card, Interface cable, Eyecup, and Canon DSLR Bag. This is the camera I use and I love it!

And now on to the projects featured in the spotlight this week.

passionshake23 (1 of 1)Beautiful watercolor and gold coasters by Passion Shake. The water color is so dreamy and the beautiful gold leaf edging makes these look like they’re straight from a designer boutique.

Cake-Decorating-for-the-First-Time-AnExtraordinaryDay.net_Try as a might, I am just not a cake decorator. An Extraordinary Day shares her very first attempt at cake decorating and it’s beautiful. I’m inspired to try again.

enchanted-wire-bubble-wands-01-wWhat a great idea if you have jewelry making supplies. These enchanted bubble blowing wands by Jewelry Making Journal are so pretty. What a great gift idea.

waffle_drops3Nifty Thrifty Things shares these gorgeous Waffle Drops. Little bite sized waffles that look like a super yummy breakfast or snack idea.

DSCN2856-wThese floral stuffed Easter eggs by Grow Creative are so pretty. With the opening made a little larger at the top, the egg shell can be used as a little vase – plus it makes removing the egg so much easier.

egg carton rose wreath - 1And speaking of eggs, this egg carton flower frame by Bliss Bloom Blog is unbelievable. Each rose is made from cut pieces of the egg carton and the result is fantastic.

Easy-Spinach-and-Artichoke-Dip-678x1024Oh yum! Two Little Cavaliers shares an easy Spinach Artichoke Dip that looks divine. This is my kind of vegetable dish!!

easter eggs.jpg.opt590x463o0,0s590x463Last week I shared a silk tie Easter egg project in the spotlight and I just had to share another one because it’s so fascinating. The Happy Creations used the same process to create these beautifully patterned eggs. Amazing!

Simple Spring Garland 4Occasionally Crafty strung spring colored balls to create this fun and cheerful garland. The simple addition adds so much interest and color. Fun!

finishedLove these Carrot Treat Bags by Sum of their Stories. What a clever way to package up treats. The yarn tops are genius!

Flower-Mason-Jar-Business-Cards-VerticalYesterday on Tuesday whipped up some darling business cards using the ever popular mason jar in her design. The pretty spring flower and fabric seed packet make these so special.
