homework: reading {adventures in pompoms land}

I love pompoms! There is something so irresistible about the soft fluffy perfectly trimmed ball of yarn. The pompoms in this book titled Adventures in Pompom Land by Myko Diann Bocek are beyond a cute ball of yarn. They are little works of pompom art.

In this book, there are 25 adorable projects made from pompoms.

Step-by-step instructions guide you through the pompom making process and the tools that you’ll need.

With simple trimming techniques you can create the body and head for a variety of animals.

Little details with pieces of felt, needle felting and embellishments take these little guys to another level of cute. Just look at this puppy – he’s darling.

Yup, it’s a little hedgehog.

And my favorite from the book, a snowy owl.

Photos to UseThe pompom projects in Adventures of Pompom Land are truly amazing. I’ve shared a few pompom projects in the past couple years but they’re very basic as you can see from the above photos. Pompom Topiary  ||  Pompom Snowman  ||  Pompom Cotton  ||  Fluffly Sheep

My pompom projects use simple round pompoms but I can’t wait to try out some of the new shapes and projects from Adventures in Pompom Land

Thanks for visiting.
