Hello everyone and happy Friday. We made it through the first week of school in our house. My son has embarked on his senior year of high school and let me tell you, it went by at warp speed. One minute you’re walking them into pre-school or kindergarten and the next – just like a movie on fast forward – it’s the last year and then he’ll be off to college. Can we have a group hug?
Thank you… and while we’re all hugging it out, here’s what I shared this week.
A big thank you to everyone who stopped by this week. Your visits, comments and shared links on The Inspiration Board are so appreciated. This week we had another Inspiration Board brimming with creativity. Here are the projects in the spotlight this week.

Red Current, Raspberry and Almond Muffins by
Twigg Studios. As always, beautifully created and presented. I love the height of the muffins and will be on the lookout for those special tins.
The Casual Craftlete turned her Grandma’s flour sifter into a sweet planter and a reminder of her grandmother’s delicious homemade baked goods.

A fun mustache bash girl party by
Vintage Paint and More. The pink and mustache treat table is all ready for some guests and giggles.

This lampshade by
The Blissful Bee goes from plain to one-of-a-kind designer décor with a little paint and a steady hand.

These Homemade Berries & Cream Popsicles by
Homespun with Love are the perfect summer treat and after school snack.
Another Bright Idea shares this cute Studio Desk Organizer. I particularly love the blue parmesan cheese pencil cans and the magnetic pin catcher on the side.

I love the colors in this yarn tassel garland by
Wifessionals. The extra long tassels make this look extra special hanging in the baby nursery.
Pink Flamingo Handcrafting shares some reusable gift wrap ideas including this fabric, ribbon, pin and button idea. The recipient not only gets a gift but a little stash of fun supplies.

If you’ve been wanting to try embossing but don’t have an embossing machine this idea from
PersiaLou is a must read. Use a pasta roller and an embossing folder to achieve the same results.

A delightful baby boy room by
Delightfully Noted. Aqua, orange and grey will easily transform from newborn to big kid. There are so many wonderful details in this room – click over for the full reveal.
