The Inspiration Board: creative party spotlight ~117~

TGIF friends! We crafted, decorated, cooked, baked and diyed through another week. The Inspiration Board was filled with all kinds of goodies this week. Thank you so much for stopping by, commenting and linking up your projects. I love looking through all the links and visiting your sites.

If you didn’t get a chance to stop by this week, here’s what I shared her on homework.

Now on to the projects featured this week.

Rocky-Road-BrowniesI really need one of these right now! Rocky Road Brownies by A Pumpkin and a Princess looking chocolaty, rich, gooey and wonderful.

luau-tissue-flowersThese giant tissue paper flowers by Uncommon Designs were made to decorate a luau party but they can be used year round for all kinds of events. Gorgeous super-sized flowers.

SONY DSCJust Another Project made these adorable stacking blocks with letters and numbers for her son. I love learning toys and these are soft and cuddly and made with love.

heart-3-edited-1024x768Another gift made with love. This anniversary gift marks milestones with heart shaped images. A sweet and special gift by My Love for Words.

Wilfred ToadflaxI’m not familiar with the Brambly Hedge Books but I love this Brambly Hedge Mouse based on the character. Sew Can Do made this darling little guy complete with denim overalls.

peanut-butter-jelly-granola-barsWhat a perfect after school snack! One Sweet Appetite shares these Peanut Butter & Jelly Granola Bars that look healthy, delicious and filling.

chicken-kale-soupIt’s almost soup season and I’m always on the lookout for a new soup recipe. Chicken Kale Soup from a Pinch of Glitter. Bonus points - you make it in a crockpot!

IMG_9527A Little of This A Little of That transformed plain Ikea bookcases into these fabulous one-of-a-kind décor pieces. She used a product called Overlays and they look sensational.

Burlap-and-Vintage-Linen4A genius way to get the look of a ruffled vintage tablecloth using small pieces of vintage doilies and lace by Cupcakes and Crinoline. The vintage pieces are pinned to the simple burlap overlay. You can switch out the look and pin completely different things for your next gathering.
