The Inspiration Board: Spotlight 170 & Peachy Keen Inspiration

Hello. Hello. Hello and a happy Friday to everyone. Well, we crafted, baked, stitched, painted and decorated our way through another week. Phew…  Thank you to everyone who stopped by this week, left comments and emails and shared projects on The Inspiration Board. I can’t tell you how much it means to me. If you didn’t have a chance to pop in this week, here’s a glimpse of what I shared.

And now for the projects in the spotlight this week.

Oh – I love this crocheted baby blanket by Sum of their Stories. I’m working on a granny square blanket for my son but I’m thinking this pattern might have been better. Should I start over?


I love lasagna but it is a long process so I don’t make it very often. This 30-minute skillet lasagna by Pink Recipe Box looks super yummy and solves the time crunch issue.


Jembellish has made the cutest little pencil case. A carrot and baby carrot to carry all those #2’s and some extras. Love it!


I’ve never heard of Blueberry Buckle Coffee Cake but I certainly want to try it. Doesn’t this cake by An Extraordinary Day look fantastic!


These Apple Crisps by Annie’s Noms look amazing too. What a great snack idea now that the kids are back to school.


Oh my goodness. This Barrel Cane Chair makeover by Lilikoi Joy is absolutely amazing. The lime green fabric and the black and white piping are just so fresh looking. You have to see the before pictures to fully appreciate the transformation.


These are the ingredients for Skinny Eggplant Parmesan by Army Wife to Suburban Life. The photo was so pretty I had to share. Head over to her blog to see the finished dish which looks amazing.


Leaving the Ivory Tower shows us how to paint using a Lazure Painting method. Look at those dreamy watercolor walls. Beautiful.


I love this Photo Travel Map by My Big Fat Happy Life. How fun to mark where you’ve been with a photo memory. Great idea!


What kid wouldn’t love opening their lunchbox to this Fairy Sandwich by Kids Activities Blog. Such a sweet treat!
