Summertime creativity is always better outdoors. The sun, the abundance of nature, the sun! This project featured in Martha Stewart Living is the perfect summer project. Head outdoors and make some beautiful nature sun prints.

Half the fun is collecting the natural elements to use in your prints. Ferns are a favorite of mine. The intricate leaves look beautiful no matter how you use them. I’ve pressed ferns and used them in a variety of crafts. But the sky is the limit with these sun prints. Use your imagine and collect interesting things.

Look how gorgeous this simple sun print is. I’m thinking a gallery wall filled with these would be amazing! For detailed instructions on how to make a sunprint, visit the
Martha Stewart website.
