Aren’t these just the cutest little tiny sweater ornaments? My friend Vicky made these and I had to share them with you.
These sweaters were created using the pattern by Betty Lampen the author of Miniature Sweaters and Sweaters for Teddy Bears. I don’t have the exact pattern to share with you but the books are available on her site or you can find similar patterns online.
I do know that you need size 0 and size 3 knitting needles and baby weight yarn. I've never used such tiny knitting needles - I think I'll need to add a pair of stronger glasses to my supply list when I try to make these.
The hangers are made from light weight floral wire or you can make them out of pipe cleaners.
How darling will these look on a Christmas tree or on a holiday garland?
Little his and her matching sweaters! Did I mention each sweater measures approximately 2-1/2 – 3 inches? I love miniature things!
Thanks for visiting!
