I know I’m not the only one who is crazy busy so a big thank you for sharing your amazing creativity on the Inspiration Board this week. The projects, crafts, diy, recipes and ideas are so inspiring. I wish I had time to make each and every one. Here are some of the projects in the spotlight this week.
Oh My – Creative made holiday ice lanterns that are just stunning. What an impact these would have for a holiday gathering. Head over to for the full tutorial and tips to keep the lanterns from melting.
Crystal Snowflakes by Adventures of a Tidy Mom. These are so fascinating. Head over to learn how to make these little science experiment snowflakes. Super fun!
I love glittery ornaments and this white tree with all the silver and blue is so pretty. There’s a secret ingredient used to make these glitter ornaments by The Single Nester – would you believe it’s Orange Glo Wood Polish.
The Wednesday Baker made these Gingerbread Cupcakes with Fluffy White Icing on a snowy day. What could be better than the warm smell of gingerbread filling your house and snow falling outside.
One Creative Couple made a beautiful chalkboard table. The words were all hand traced onto the table top and then filled in with paint. The dry brush technique creates a chalk-like effect. And I personally would love to take more time to live by those Cabin Rules.
Creatively Living found the perfect piece of wood while out running with her babies in a stroller. What’s a person to do but load up the wood on the back of the stroller and jog home. The wood turned into this beautiful table centerpiece.
The Broderie restyled a flower from a necklace into a fashionable cocktail ring. The ring is beautiful and I love the photo of her kitty photo bombing her picture.
Such a sweet Hanukkah Mitzvah calendar from Yesterday on Tuesday. Eight ideas for mitzvahs or good deeds for each of the eight nights of Hanukkah.
I’ve seen salt dough ornaments but I have never seen these cinnamon dough ornaments and I love this project by Bear Rabbit Bear. A super simple recipe of apple sauce and cinnamon and you can create these darling ornaments that must smell wonderful.
Jen’s Favorite Cookies made one of my favorites – almond toffee. It looks amazing and I think all those pieces might be stuck together which means it would only count as one piece. Just saying…
