Twigg Studios has created the most beautiful and I’m sure tasty Cinco de Mayo project. Chili Chocolate Cookie papel picado banners. The cookies are rolled out and hand cut into the shape of the typically tissue paper banners. So original and so beautiful.
Did somebody say mango and pina colada? I can’t think of a more refreshing combination. Mango Pina Colada Parfaits by Shaken Together Life. The best part about this dish – the recipe uses mango frozen fruit bars.
A sweet Mother’s Day, Teacher Appreciation or anytime gift idea from The DIY Dreamer. Make your own tea bag wrappers out of pretty scrapbook paper. I love the delicate floral punches that close up the bags.
A simple but oh-so-pretty project from How to Nest for Less. Burlap and Twine Wrapped foam balls. It all comes together so beautifully with the vase of flowers, pretty bird and wrapped books.
Penny’s Treasures pulls together some of the most unique treasures. I love this candelabra urn planter. A mix of indoor and outdoor, crystal and stone and topped with delicate flowers.
I want a tufted headboard. It’s on my project list but don’t hold your breath because my project list is long! Lilikoi Joy has been dreaming about her tufted headboard for years and it’s beautiful.
Deepi’s World hand painted this beautiful tote bag using acrylic paints and Warli art technique. The details are beautiful. If you click over and look closely, the second row from the outside is a pattern of dancing ladies.
I don’t make breakfast very often anymore. We eat quick-make-it-yourself items for breakfast. But I miss tempting delicacies like French Toast. Dukes and Duchesses went all out with this Strawberry Cream Cheese French Toast that looks heavenly.
Rook No. 17 has done it again. She’s created a new confection that is part biscotti, part crumb cake, part cookie. I’m all about streusel so this tasty dunker has my name written all over it!
Another great Mother’s Day or any day gift idea. Creative Blossoming shows us how to make these beautiful soy candles. I love the simplicity of them. Unadorned the pretty candle colors are the stars.
