The Inspiration Board: creative party spotlight ~122~

Happy Halloween Season everyone! The Inspiration Board was brimming with fun and eerie creativity in preparation for Halloween. Besides ghoulish delights, there was plenty of anytime inspiration including recipes, décor, diy, and more. Thank you to everyone who stopped by this week to visit, comment and link up.

In case you didn’t get a chance to stop by this week, this is what I shared here on homework.

Now on to the features in the spotlight this week.

DSC_1776Large scale artwork can be expensive but Kreyv came up with a great diy using towels and wood frames. They look amazing and work perfectly in her clean space.

DSCN2479This fresh flower fall garland by Grow Creative just makes you smile. The garland uses the last of her flowers before the cold weather overtakes the garden. A great way to display fresh garden flowers.

storage-bag-with-fishes_0883Elisabeth Andree’s crocheted storage bag is fantastic. The sides of the bag have darling water plants with leaves and small crocheted fish playfully swim around the body of the bag. I love it!

twine pumpkin5bSometimes the simplest of projects make the most impact. These twine pumpkins by Simply Albany are wonderful. It’s not wonder they made the pages of Romantic Country Magazine.

blogger-image--84697238The colors of this black and white bean salad by Exploring Domesticity are gorgeous. It’s brimming with flavors and best of all it’s a Weight Watchers recipe that can be used in tacos, salads, pizza and more.

Dulce-de-Leche-Apple-Caramel-Oatmeal-Cookies-5-c-willcookforsmiles.com-cookies-applecaramelWill Cook for Smiles has me drooling over these Dulce de Leche Apple Caramel Oatmeal Cookies. Something about fall makes me crave oatmeal cookies and these look amazing.

untitled-6342I love this front porch décor by Reposhture. The natural elements mixed in with some pretty vintage pieces have such a welcoming and calming effect.

DSC_0027No need to spend a fortune on window treatments or custom shutters. Design Dreams by Anne built these pretty rustic shutter herself using 1x4s and 1x2s. Fantastic!

Pumpkin-FudgeHello Pumpkin Fudge Squares! Oh my goodness, don’t these look delish? We Do fun Here shares the recipe for these treats and I can’t wait to try them.

Cheese Cloth SpiritsSpectacularly spooky! Made from Pinterest created Cheese Cloth Ghosts that seriously look like something out of a movie set. Absolutely amazing project!

Glitter-Painted-Candle-Holder-1024x768These simple glitter glass candle holders by Ode to Inspiration are so pretty and the “hello fall” tag is the perfect shade against the gold glitter and autumn leaves.
