As much as I love fresh basil, there’s just too much of it to eat even from one plant. Last week, I shared this super easy way to preserve your fresh basil by making basil salt.
Did you plant tomatoes this year? I don’t think I’m going to get a bumper crops since most of my bushes got some sort of disease and look like Charlie Brown tomato plants. But one bush is giving me nice, ripe tomatoes.
So I get to enjoy little snacks like this!
