If you’re a regular here at homework, you know I’ve been on a tomato, basil kick lately. But I think these by far are my favorite.

Simple fresh ingredients – and if you’re lucky the tomatoes and basil are straight from the garden. Add some mini fresh mozzarella.

Make some toasted bread rounds or buy a loaf of freshly baked bread.

Skewer grape tomatoes, a basil leaf, a half of a mozzarella ball and a crostini.

And since it’s the end of summer, I had some fun using these party umbrellas as skewers.

Dip your skewer into the olive oil mixture and enjoy!
Thank you so much for stopping by.

Mozarella, basil, and tomatoes and my sister is so there! I might have to bribe her with these soon!
