INKLING: Dressed Up Envelopes

We R Memory Keepers Envelope Punch via homework - carolynshomework (2)It’s so fun receiving real snail mail and even more fun when it’s something enticing like a pretty envelope. I made several fun envelopes and they were so easy to create. I may never use a plain white envelope again.

We R Memory Keepers Envelope Punch via homework - carolynshomework (1)Here’s what I used. It’s the We R Memory Keepers Envelope Punch Board and it couldn’t be easier. You simply follow the chart on the board. Select the size envelope that you want to create. Trim your paper to the dimensions indicated and punch and score.

We R Memory Keepers Envelope Punch via homework - carolynshomework (6)I made 4” x 6.5” envelopes so my sheet of paper needed to be 8-5/8” x 8-5/8”. You just follow the lines and score. Four turns of the paper and you’re done. Fold the envelope along the score lines and either glue or use sticky tape to seal.

We R Memory Keepers Envelope Punch via homework - carolynshomework (4)I think receiving a card in one of these envelopes would be an instant day brightener.

We R Memory Keepers Envelope Punch via homework - carolynshomework (7)The design possibilities are endless.
