    Hi Carolyn!
    Thanks so much for coming by and taking the time to leave a comment. I appreciate every one of them!
    You asked me about the kind of camera that I use . . .
    It's a 10-year old Nikon D70 with a Tamron 300mm zoom.
    I will switching to a Canon D70 and Cannon 200mm zoom and 18-55mm zoom in January 2015.

    I'm self-taught, and continue to learn. I find that natural light is critical to amazing photos. That, and a steady hand.
    I'm sure that there will be a learning curve with my new camera, but my goal is to continue to take the same kind of photo that I do now (as far as clarity and color). My photos have become a signature for my blog now, so I want to maintain what readers enjoy.
