The Inspiration Board: spring garden planning

It’s beginning to feel like spring in my neck of the woods. I know many people are still in the middle of winter but it’s still a good time to start planning for a spring garden.

I’ve been tearing out inspirational garden clippings from magazines and finding pretty images online.

I’ve been saving the clippings and images in my notebook and was going to pin them to my inspiration board. Instead, I decided to keep them in the notebook where I could jot down notes, ideas and lists for a spring garden.

This spring green color is the perfect starting point.

Love the texture of these planters.

Blue, turquoise and mint. So pretty.

Definitely needing some indoor color.

On my project list: tomatoes, strawberries and other splashes of red.

Wishing you all a great weekend filled with springtime ideas.

  1. I have to ask you - are you a Virgo? I am, and I smiled when I read this post & looked at your charming layouts/plans! I do EXACTLY that sort of thing for almost everything. My friends tell me I am 'eye-rollingly overly-organized'! I say, a person cannot be TOO organized! Love the way you've grouped colors! Genius!
