Today I’m sharing with you my son’s new favorite cookie. These are Mom’s Ultimate Mocha Truffle Chocolate Cookies. It’s a mouthful to say and a yummy mouthful to eat.
My mom actually made these cookies and brought them over for my son. Before he could gobble them all up I took a few pictures so I could share them with you. Even though my mom made these, that’s not why the recipe is called Mom’s Ultimate Mocha Truffle Chocolate Cookies. She found the recipe in a magazine so credit for the recipe goes to someone else’s mom.
I really don’t need to describe these cookies. The name says it all. Here’s the printable recipe if you’d like to try them.
These cookies are perfect with a nice tall ice cold glass of milk. Mmmmmm.
